Our expertise in socks manufacturing and state of the art equipment allow us to offer our clients a complete product line of socks. Since the very beginning of establishment, ZS has been dedicated to quality and innovations. With years of development, ZS has grown to have a manufacture plant covers 5,000 m². Our production equipment includes 150 computerized sock knitting machines, 40 hand linking machines, 8 rosso toe linking machines, 2 steam boarding machines, and 5 hosiery dying machines. We’ve also set up an up-to-date department with 3 computerized sampling machines. With all the equipment and the hard work of all ZS members, we now have a production capacity of over 16 million pairs per year.
From year 2016, ZS Shoes product line was built up. By devoting significant investment in bringing in advanced knitting fabric equipment, we started to supply clients with popular knit fabric shoes products. Also our team successfully developed socks shoes products which are very fancy, light and comfortable. With four complete manufacturing lines, ZS shoes currently has a production capability of making 4 million pairs of shoes per year.
By providing high quality products with competitive prices, we are proud to be supplying many prominent brands both in China and all over the world. Our products and services received acclamation from global business partners. More than 80% of our products are exported overseas.
